FISHING
X-Pilot is unsurpassed in offering the ultimate fishing experience; the large deck areas offer a more spacious fishing environment than other vessels and her stability means that you stay fishing while others are being tossed about in the gentlest of choppy water.
Fish from the main deck or take a loftier perch on the upper deck
X-Pilot is an extremely well equipped vessel boasting GPS and an excellent large, colour fish finder. A flushing toilet and comfortable washroom will offer more comfort than other fishing vessels and the galley features a cooker, kettle, fridge and microwave!
A standard fishing trip lasts eight hours.
Rods are available for hire, although we do ask that you supply your own bait due to the low prices we offer. Just call us for a quote, we're cheaper than you'd think, especially if you bring a full party of twelve.
X-PILOT MAKES IT SPECIAL
Celebrate your birthday or anniversary in ultimate style! Spend the day, evening, or both, aboard X-Pilot with your friends and family. We can provide meals if required and simply ask if you'd like us to suggest some activities and fun.
Maybe you'd like to have a barbecue either on board or on a secluded beach or small island of your choice.
Perhaps you'd simply like to lounge on the upper deck with a glass of bubbly or a nice cold beer!
Take a calming cruise on the River Medway and take in the sights. Sail under Rochester bridge for an excellent view of the castle and cathedral. Or take a trip round the Isle of Sheppey. You could stop at Queenborough for a pint or two and then back on board to cruise to Faversham Creek, a quaint and quiet area of natural beauty. Or maybe you'd like to go a bit further and on to Whitstable harbour famous for its oysters. On the way you could visit the wind farm located offshore, or perhaps, weather permitting, take the RIB out and see if you can spot some seals. Why not take a look at the old gun forts in the Thames Estuary dating from World War II, or visit the sunken wreck of the Richard Montgomery?
Take the helm of X-Pilot! Alan, X-Pilot's skipper, is happy to supervise novice mariners. Imagine the look on your loved one's face when you tell them that they will be piloting a 72 ton vessel.
Take X-Pilot's RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) out for spin, with its powerful outboard you'll leave some serious wake!
Children under supervision are also welcomed aboard X-Pilot and would surely love a trip to a deserted beach for some fun and games. Let us know in advance and we could organize a treasure hunt or beach party! And with prior arrangement you can even bring your well behaved family dog.
